DAM integrations for AI product imagery

Source photos come from your DAM and approved images go back to it, with versions and metadata kept. Your asset library stays the single home for every file.

DAM

What a DAM integration does

A DAM, or digital asset management system, is where a brand stores and controls its images and files. Lumesa reads source photos from your DAM, generates and reviews the product images, and saves approved images back to it with their versions and metadata, so your asset library stays complete and organized.

Lumesa does not replace your DAM, and your files stay where they are. Your team keeps working in the library it already knows, and the finished images appear in the folders it already uses.

HOW IT WORKS

How files move between your DAM and Lumesa

01

Connect

You link your DAM and choose a source folder. Our team handles setup with you.

02

Pull

Lumesa reads the source photos in that folder, such as ghost mannequin shots and flat lays.

03

Generate and review

Images are produced in your brand’s trained look, and a person on our team reviews each one against your original photo before it moves on.

04

Save back

Approved images are saved to a folder you choose, with their metadata, ready for every team that uses the library.

WHY IT MATTERS

Why asset libraries get messy, and how this helps

An asset library stays useful only while it stays organized. Add a new imagery vendor and that often changes. Files arrive by email or a shared link, names stop following the convention, versions get confused, and the approved image ends up in three places. The people who maintain the library end up spending their time cleaning up after the work instead of benefiting from it.

A direct integration avoids the mess. Lumesa reads from the folder you point it at and writes to the folder you choose, so there is no email trail and no second library to reconcile. Finished work lands where your team already looks for it.

PRESERVED

What stays intact

A good integration should leave your library the way it found it, only fuller. Lumesa follows your folder structure and naming conventions. Approved images are added as new versions, never overwriting the original. Metadata and tags carry across and are extended with a status, so anyone can see which images are approved. Access follows the permissions your DAM already enforces. And your original source files are never changed.

YOUR STACK

Where your DAM, PIM and store fit

Three systems usually sit around product imagery, and each has a different job. Your DAM stores your files and their versions. Your PIM, or product information management system, holds the facts about each product. Your store, such as Shopify, sells the product. Lumesa sits between them, reading from each and returning approved images to the right place. You can connect one of them or all three, and each has its own page with the details.

CONTROL

Review comes before anything is saved

Connecting your library does not mean letting anything into it. Nothing is saved back until our team has reviewed it and you have approved it. You choose who approves. That keeps your library clean: only finished, approved images are added, and the people who manage it never have to sort drafts from finals.

SAMPLE

See a folder before and after

In your sample run we show you one of your own folders twice: as it is today, with a handful of source photos, and again after Lumesa, with a new folder of approved on-model images, each with its version number, its tags and a status that shows it is approved. Same library, originals untouched, finished images added.
